Clean Room System
PACE taking project for Clean Room work for Double skin Puff Doors and partitions.
PACE make double skin metal door of 25 or 40mm thick manufactured from prime quality GI/Aluminum/SS sheet, Door Frames fabricated pressed G.I 1.5mm thick sheet or Aluminum extruded section. Doors are assembled using accessories like hinges, S.S. Handles, doors closures, view glass.
PACE make Clean Room partitions are constructed in G.I. / Aluminum / S.S. sheets and puff inside in it. These are in 50 mm to 100 mm in thick.

Air Handling Units:
PACE Manufacturers the AHU’S range from 500 cfm to 50000 cfm. PACE double skin Air Handling Units are incorporated state of the art features and latest manufacturing techniques.
DOUBLE SKIN AHU:
Double skin AHU’S are with Aluminum extruded profile section with nylon or Aluminum corner pieces. AHU body panel are of galvanized sheet (with 25 or 40 mm thick puff inside it for insulation), outer skin is powder coated from outside for surface protection, Blower section with high or low static pressure blower, coil section with CHW or Dx coil with S.S. drain pan, filter section with pre fine and HEPA filters are as per design condition and with all standard accessories.
SINGLE SKIN AHU:
Single skin AHU’S are with Aluminum extruded profile section with nylon or Aluminum corner pieces. AHU body panel with 1.0mm to 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheet, Blower section with high or low static pressure blower, filter section with pre fine and HEPA filters are as per design condition and with all standard accessories, coil section is not present in this as it is used for non air conditioning areas.

Ventilation System :
PACE are design and supply the ventilation system ranging from 500 cfm to 50000 cfm. Ventilation system is also called as once through system.
In the ventilation system for the supply air Single skin or double skin AHU is used as per design requirements with low or high pressure blower. For exhaust air AHU with single stage filtration with low static blower is used.

Dust Collector :
PACE manufactures the pulse jet type dust collector to control the dust or powder inside the clean area. The dust collector is in single skin or double skin construction. Dust collector is fabricated in 16G epoxy painted M.S sheet Dust collector are flitted with cartages filters or bag filters, dust collecting tray and standard accessories. |

Laminar Air Flow Units :
PACE makes laminar air flow units designed to provide work area free from airborne particles. Laminar Air Flow Units are designed to provide class of cleanliness class 100 or ISO 5 air at work station. LAF units are having efficiency 10 micron filter and HEPA filters efficiency 99.97% for 0.3 micron particles complete with gasket to avoid the leakages. LAF units are constructed in M.S. or S.S. sheets. LAF units are with S.S. working table, Magnehelic gauges and standard accessories. |

PACE gives services of clean area validation testing for Air Velocity ,Air Changes ,particle count, DOP test , Recovery Period test using standard equipment like :-
